would have liked to receive the flexible wand version but it was out of stock - this product is innovative!

In mid-December, I saw a story on CBS Sunday Morning from David Pogue about interesting holiday gifts. I was intrigued by the SUPRUS SerenitySpark Rechargeable Electric Candle Lighter. I thought it would make a cute stocking stuffer, and I ordered two. I received a confirmation from Suprus, telling me I would hear when my order shipped. I heard nothing, and emailed them December 23, cancelling my order. I received another email with a supposed tracking number. When I clicked, the message was there was no package. Of course I sent another email to Suprus. This week (5 days ago, not 19), I received a package with the lighters. Again, no contact from Suprus, no explanation.

I have not received the products that I ordered on the 14th of December. Please advise when they will arrive. I paid for them and for shipping and have not received yet. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
