SHIPPING POLICY

1.Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, EU, UK, and Australia. We will soon be expanding to ship to other countries. Keep an eye out for updates!

2.How long will my order take?
Standard delivery is usually 2-5 business days. Peak season, sale periods and exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause deliveries to take a little longer. We seek your kind understanding on this matter.

3.Are all goods free of shipping regardless of the amount?
All orders shipping to the United States qualify for free shipping, regardless of the order amount. Orders shipping within the United States will be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse.

For orders shipping to the EU, UK, and AU, there is an additional $5 shipping fee per order. Orders shipping to these regions will be fulfilled from our warehouse in Germany to allow for faster and more efficient shipping.

4.Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment details once the product is en route.
